Great news hit the anime world on November 10, 2024! Kadokawa shared a video telling everyone that Oblivion Battery is getting a second season. Fans went wild on social media when they heard their favorite baseball anime would return. The news spread fast on websites and the show’s social media pages, making fans very happy.
Oblivion Battery Season 2 has been confirmed
The news came through a special video that showed pretty pictures from the manga books. The footage had something special. It had new voice recordings from Toshiki Masuda and Mamoru Miyano, who play Haruka and Kei. Fans got to see their favorite characters playing baseball. Lovely music played in the background.
On social media, fans couldn’t hold back their joy. Many shared clips from the first season and wrote about how much they loved the show. Some shared their favorite moments. About the anime
Oblivion Battery is a story about baseball and friendship. It follows two main characters: Haruka, who is good at throwing the ball, and Kei, who is excellent at catching but needs help remembering his past. They meet again at Kotesashi High School in Tokyo, where they find old rivals who later become their teammates.
The first season had 12 episodes and ran from April to June 2024. It is based on the comic book series Bokyaku Battery by Eko Mikawa. The series currently has 19 books, and book 20 will be released on December 4, 2024. This means there are lots of stories left to tell in the new season.

Where to watch Oblivion Battery Season 2
We have yet to determine where Season 2 will appear first, but we can make some good guesses. The first season was on Crunchyroll in many places, including America, Europe, Africa, and other parts of the world. In Japan, people watch it on TV in Tokyo. Most likely, Season 2 will be in these same places.
If you have not seen the first season, you can watch it on Crunchyroll. They have the show with words at the bottom in different languages, and some episodes even have different language voices to choose from. This way, you can catch up before the new season starts.
